Description   This flexible vinyl media provides high levels of water-resistance for indoor and outdoor adhesive applications. The 96# stay-flat release liner provides additional stability for easier application. TECHNICAL PROPERTIES Caliper/Gauge: 6 mil (w/liner 13 mil) Ink: Dye & Pigment Weight: 335g Opacity: 90% Adhesive: Permanent (water-based) Gloss (60_): 2 Availability: 24", 36", 42", 50", 54", 60" Vinyl Type: Calendared Printing Environment: 60-80_ F, 50% Relative Humidity Ideal Storage Conditions: 70_ F, 50% RH in original packaging Shelf Life: One year at Ideal Storage Conditions APPLICATION GUIDELINES "Printing Tips: Pigment-based ink is recommended for this media to achieve high levels of water-resistance. Dye-based inks can be used to increase color gamut but my compromise water-resistance. Lay printed material on a flat surface until ready for application. Folding or extreme winding of material is not recommended. ICC profile and RIP are recommended." "Finishing/Mounting Recommendations: Can be laminated with either pressure sensitive or low temperature thermal laminate. Before lamination, please allow image to dry for 24 hours. A laminator is recommended for mounting to boards." "Main Applications: Indoor/Outdoor promotional banners, trade show displays, POS/POP displays, flexible banners - Make sure application surface is thoroughly clean before applying. Application surfaces include stainless steel, glass acrylics, polycarbonate, Plexiglas, Gatorfoam, Foam Core, Sintra and other smooth, flat surfaces. Media may not adhere to textured surfaces."
