Packing and Shipping

Packing the empty cartridge(s) properly is your responsibility. Please use the following as a guide:

Wrap the cartridges with plastic and seal with adhesive tape.
Use a cardboard box that is thick enough not to damage the cartridge during shipping.
Protect the cartridges inside the box by using foam or paper.
Make a list with the types of cartridges, colors and quantity and put the list in the box (Keep a copy).
Seal the box with adhesive tape. Make sure that it cannot be opened during the transportation process. We are not responsible for any cartridge missing during transit.

For any damaged products mishandled by the freight company, you should file a claim with them for the damage.
If the items are damaged due to improper packaging for shipping, we reserve the right to discard any product which is damaged or unusable.
